Do you accept my insurance?
At our Gilbert chiropractic office we will electronically submit any bills to your insurance company so you can be reimbursed according to your plan’s limits in as little time as possible. You are however, responsible to pay for your care in full. Our staff will discuss with you several convenient plans available that will help you pay for the care you and your family need.
