Natural Baking Soda Uses

Baking soda is an inexpensive natural way to whiten your teeth, exfoliate your skin, or use to have sweet smelling armpits!  Amazing and this video will show you a few easy uses.

Baking soda is know as nahcolite which is part of a natural mineral called natron.  In ancient time the Egyptians used natron as a soap for cleansing purposes and in 1846 it began being manufactured and sold as a compound we know today as baking soda. By 1860 it was published in cookbooks as an additive used as a leavening agent. By the 1920s and '30s its versatility was recognized and was it publicized as a "proven medical agent".

This inexpensive home remedy, handy to always have on hand, is great to use for minor cuts or bites and in your personal hygiene routine.
