Foresight Chiropractic is located on the Mesa/Gilbert border at 2915 E Baseline Rd, Suite 126 — about a mile from the freeway, accessible from anywhere in the East Valley. We serve patients from Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Apache Junction, and the broader Phoenix metro.
We are one of a small number of practices in Arizona with a Board Certified Atlas Orthogonist (BCAO) credential. Dr. Lavender has practiced Atlas Orthogonal in the East Valley for over 25 years. Patients regularly drive from Tucson, Flagstaff, and out-of-state for the technique.
The practice runs on Atlas Orthogonal upper cervical correction as the core technique, paired with a measurable nervous-system approach. We layer in functional modalities — HRV monitoring, surface EMG, thermography, cold laser therapy, BEMER, AMIT, nutrigenomic testing — based on what each case requires. The combination is unusual for the area.
We work with patients dealing with migraines, vertigo, post-concussion symptoms, TMJ, chronic pain, anxiety, sciatica, sports injury recovery, and the kind of "something's off" that doesn't have a clean diagnosis. The pro athlete logo bar on the homepage — NFL, NBA, MLB, Team USA, ASU, BYU, Phoenix Rising — reflects the precision-care reputation the practice has built over two decades.
Most chiropractic offices in the East Valley offer general adjustment care. A smaller number specialize in upper cervical work. Within that group, the practices vary substantially in technique, measurement protocols, and depth of clinical reasoning. Three things set Foresight apart:
Precision technique. Atlas Orthogonal is calculated from your x-rays. There is no generic correction. The instrument applies a precise force at a calculated angle. No cracking, no twisting, no high-velocity manipulation.
Measurable progress. HRV, sEMG, and thermography give us data, not just patient self-report. You see the curve, not just the feeling.
Nervous-system-first reasoning. The structural correction is the entry point, but the case is built around the autonomic nervous system. Conditions that seem unrelated — a headache and a sleep problem and a recurring shoulder issue — often share an upstream cause we address directly.

The difference between two chiropractors can be larger than the difference between a chiropractor and a different field of medicine entirely.

This page is for people who've been searching specifically for precise, quality, functional care, not just a pop and crack doctor.
